In March, my high school hosted a Pillow Fight 4 Cancer Community Day at which we made about 50 pillowcases.   Everyone loved being there and they want to do it again, as soon as we can.  It was a very rewarding day. This Photo is from that event!

People have been sending donations everyday to PillowFight4Cancer. It has been incredible. We have had many requests for pillowcases.... One woman is sending one to her brother in PA. who was diagnosed with bone cancer. People are also supporting PillowFight4Cancer by donating fabric.  It has been incredible! An oncology nurse at a  local hospital contacted us after our article appeared in the Local Newspaper and said they would love to get involved and that they hoped to get some pillowcases for their Hospice Wing.  We delivered the pillowcases yesterday!!

In June, we are going to have a tent at our Relay for Life and we will sell pillowcases as a fundraiser to make more!  Our theme is a "Sleep Over".

Inmates at the Eastern Correctional Facility in Napanoch, NY have sewn 200 pillowcases recently and are receiving fabric for at least another 200.   In all, by June we anticipate between. 500-600 pillowcases to be completed.  AMAZING!
